Terms of Use
I fully understand that the concept of “one size fits all” rarely does. You know that feeling you get after a heavy meal, and you’re stuck without an elastic waistband in your pants? It’s excruciating.
Nobody likes to feel pinched.
The moral of the story is that size and fit are important — and that rule applies to stock images just as truly as it does your favorite pair of blue jeans.
I think you'll agree that my Terms are among the most fair, and affordable in the industry. I want you to be able to create and profit from your creations - and we're pleased to provide you the quality design resources to help you do that!
All licenses are non-exclusive, and a one-time fee, PER ITEM/KIT. Your receipt serves as your proof of license; I also maintain a database of all licensed purchases.
Additional information on what each graphic means is listed below:
PERSONAL USE
Any items purchased from our shop that you intend to make to SELL that are NOT COMMERCIALLY LICENSED require a design credit with link IN EVERY LISTING, and total quantity that you may sell (meaning, a cumulative quantity if using an image collection or paper set) must be UNDER 200 PIECES TOTAL.
SMALL COMMERCIAL USE
This license option is intended for more business-focused artisans that create things for sale at craft fairs, markets, etc. Total quantity (of any package, cumulatively) may not exceed 200 pieces under this license. That 200 pieces is a CUMULATIVE total; meaning, under this license you may not create more than 200 TOTAL items using any of the items within the package you are licensing (papers, clipart, etc).
THE PARTICULARS - APPLIES to ALL PURCHASES
- NO ITEMS may be used to create digital kits, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Our images must be embedded into a new, original work.
- You MAY NOT offer printed versions of ANY of our designs (paper, clipart, kits) under any license.
- You may not resell, share or distribute any of our images or resources in any fashion.
- No print-on-demand services uses are permitted with any of our products.
- None of our assets may be used in "as is" fashion - they must be significantly changed (see below).
What does “SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGED” mean, anyhow?
The final word on this is — any item that you create using our images or image products must be SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGED in order to offer them for sale. Meaning, you MUST build upon them. Our images MAY NOT be the primary design element of your piece.
Simply recoloring or simply adding text to an image IS NOT ENOUGH. Use your creativity, and create a masterpiece!
Purchase does NOT transfer copyright.
